Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel and swimwear must have all original tags and liners intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
